A business you own
Use Meta’s signup to select your business and number. Choose a new connection, an existing account, or eligible WhatsApp Business app coexistence.
You stay in charge
Return to OpenAlly to confirm the connection. Connecting is free: you read and answer customers yourself from the phone you designate. With a Premium plan you can switch on AI replies, which then run in OpenAlly’s cloud with the agent you approved, and you decide when to turn them on or off.
People can take over
Review replies, set specific automation rules, and switch a conversation to human control. Connecting a number does not turn on AI replies.
Know what you’re connecting
Connecting and replying yourself are free in OpenAlly. AI replies require Premium. WhatsApp messaging charges are separate and paid directly to Meta. A connected number does not confirm that billing or every Meta approval is complete.
Our service holds your encrypted Meta connection grant and temporarily delivers messages to your designated device. Your selected AI service receives the content needed for a reply when you enable it.
